一、 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系

 亞欣電器堅(jiān)持標(biāo)準(zhǔn)引領(lǐng)，采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理體系。圍繞客戶可持續(xù)發(fā)展核心需求，提供綠色低碳技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)、軟件、人才的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系統(tǒng)解決方案。通過(guò)了 ISO9001 質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證、ISO14001 環(huán)境 管理體系認(rèn)證、ISO18000 職業(yè)健康安全管理體系認(rèn)證，構(gòu)建起包含標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化導(dǎo)則、環(huán)境與節(jié)能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、安全與應(yīng)急標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、職業(yè)健康管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、信息標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、設(shè)施設(shè)備及用品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、服務(wù)提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、服務(wù)質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、運(yùn)行管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、崗位工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、服務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)與改進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等19個(gè)子體系，共計(jì)144項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化服務(wù)體系。

       Yaxin Electric adheres to the guidance of standards, adopts international standards, and establishes a standardized management system for modern enterprises.  Focusing on the core needs of customers for sustainable development, provide standardized system solutions for green and low-carbon technologies, products, services, software, and talents.  Passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, ISO18000 occupational health and safety management system certification, and built a system including standardization guidelines, environmental and energy-saving standards, safety and emergency standards, occupational health management standards, information standards, facilities and equipment and  There are 19 sub-systems including product standards, service standards, service provision standards, service quality control standards, operation management standards, post work standards, service uation and improvement standards, and a total of 144 standard standardized service systems.

       亞欣電器始終關(guān)心員工的職業(yè)成長(zhǎng)和能力培養(yǎng)。構(gòu)建了一整套包括職業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制訂、職業(yè)教材開(kāi)發(fā)、職業(yè)基地建設(shè)、職業(yè)大賽組織、職業(yè)教育培訓(xùn)在內(nèi)的人才標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)體系，為員工搭建暢通職業(yè)通道的同時(shí)也積極推動(dòng)了行業(yè)職業(yè)建設(shè)。

        亞欣學(xué)院中央空調(diào)工程技術(shù)實(shí)訓(xùn)基地是“國(guó)家教育部高等職業(yè)教育行動(dòng)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目”、”湖南省教育廳職業(yè)教育生產(chǎn)性實(shí)訓(xùn)基地項(xiàng)目”、全國(guó)清潔技能（湖南）培訓(xùn)基地，由國(guó)內(nèi)知名專(zhuān)家授課，配備了目前國(guó)內(nèi)最先進(jìn)的教學(xué)和實(shí)訓(xùn)設(shè)備，集空調(diào)設(shè)備管理與節(jié)能技術(shù)實(shí)訓(xùn)實(shí)操、培訓(xùn)教學(xué)、技能競(jìng)賽、技能考試于一體，包括理論教學(xué)區(qū)、實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)區(qū)、職業(yè)技能鑒定考試區(qū)和技能大賽考試區(qū)，是亞欣專(zhuān)業(yè)人才的搖籃。

      The central air-conditioning engineering technology training base of Yaxin College is the "National Ministry of Education Higher Vocational Education Action Plan Project", "Hunan Provincial Department of Education Vocational Education Productive Training Base Project", National Cleaning Skills (Hunan) Training  The base, taught by well-known domestic experts, is equipped with the most advanced teaching and training equipment in China. It integrates air-conditioning equipment management and energy-saving technology training, training and teaching, skill competitions, and skill examinations.  The training and teaching area, the vocational skills appraisal examination area and the skill competition examination area are the cradle of Yaxin's professional talents.

        亞欣電器堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念，圍繞空調(diào)設(shè)備管理與節(jié)能需要，根據(jù)行業(yè)特點(diǎn)，為客戶提供行業(yè)系統(tǒng)解決方案，服務(wù)于行業(yè)的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。自主研發(fā)了風(fēng)系統(tǒng)清洗機(jī)器人、水系統(tǒng)清洗設(shè)備、綠色智能循環(huán)水管理設(shè)備、空調(diào)管理與節(jié)能設(shè)備、高效清洗劑和綠色環(huán)保水處理藥劑等六大類(lèi)數(shù)十項(xiàng)專(zhuān)利產(chǎn)品。

     Yaxin Electric adheres to the concept of innovative development, focuses on air-conditioning equipment management and energy-saving needs, and provides customers with industry system solutions according to industry characteristics to serve the sustainable development of the industry.  Independently developed dozens of patented products in six categories, including wind system cleaning robot, water system cleaning equipment, green intelligent circulating water management equipment, air conditioning management and energy saving equipment, high-efficiency cleaning agent and green environmental protection water treatment agent.
